We’re seeking a talented Executive Chef who has proven experience in asado and parilla wood fire cooking in a fine dining Restaurant, and ready to lead a prestigious brand to its next chapter.
Tasks include but not limited to:
ü Creation and development of the menu in line with the renovated concept, by ensuring full consistency and optimum resource planning.
ü To ensure that the quality of all food served throughout the day consistently meets A+ standards whilst controlling costs.
ü To ensure that all regulations and company standards are met.
ü Plan and manage the day-to-day operation of all areas as it relates to staff productivity, facilities, equipment, food standards and sales through effective communication and delegation.
ü Ensure effective controls are in place in terms of stock rotation, stock holding, food wastage, portion control, HSE standards, staff level etc. to ensure food gross profit is achieved on a monthly basis.
ü Lead kitchen staff recruitment process, welfare, discipline, uniforms, salary/wages, conditions of employment, training as required, liaising with the General Manager as appropriate.
