Sous Chef Jobs in Goodyear, AZ
A Sous Chef, often considered as the right hand of the Executive Chef, plays a crucial role in managing kitchen operations in the culinary industry. The Sous Chef is responsible for developing menus, assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen inventory, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. They also step in and take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
