Assistant Chef to the Chef de Cuisine

Salary plus gratuities plus housing plus season bonus- Salary based on experienceSupporting the Chef in prep, preparation of all items needed, plate design, plating, inventory, ordering, kitchen support.
Experience in the following excellent-kitchen maintenance, dessert prep and completion, sauces for all courses, yeast baking, pastries, plate presentation, pastas.
Cooking skills in cold presentation, sautee, some grill, baking.
Back of the house support upon dinner completion.
Ordering, inventory, storage organization.
Dinner service on Chef's two days off.
Front of the house knowledge a plus.
