Our facilities are completely new and have yet to be opened. Turn key operation with state of the art equipment and excessively large kitchen space. We have an established restaurant (Thousand Islands Club) of 29 years with proof of concept and are looking to staff for summer season of 2021. For candidates applying out of state consider our season peaks from June-September, Florida/ southern residents may find this Ideal to leave during the slower hot summers to transport to the beautiful 1000 Islands while able to maintain previous employment each season. We are seeking a hands-on Executive Chef,Sous Chef, Line Cook to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand reputation, and concept. Our ideal candidate is a team-player, attentive, motivated, and hard-working.



  • Train and develop team members to company standards
  • Cook on the line according to business demands
  • Day-to-day culinary operations
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Assist Chef accordance with business needs.
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
  • Coordinate scheduling of BOH staff and in admin functions as directed by leadership.
  • Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests



  • Experience working as a head line cook, sous chef or chef
  • High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
  • For more than 5 years, as a chef, you’ve been a key ingredient in the success of a full service, high-volume restaurant.
  • Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed able to handle last minute requests.
  • Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
  • You are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence
  • You have knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
