We are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. Qualified candidates will possess culinary experience and drive. In addition, the successful candidate must be professional, innovative, and possess well-rounded culinary skills with creativity and passion for culinary arts. A real plus is beer brewing experience. Our Sous Chef is expected to be a leader on the line and assist the Chef in all functions involving our kitchen management. You should be experiences with Salads, Sautee, grill and fry stations. Menu plannig experience, recipe development, scratch cooking, bread baking, kitchen equipment maintenance, food cost managment and line cooking are all desireable talents. This is a great place to develop and expand you skills while working with a great team and real people.
