Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef-

Candidates should have a true passion for great food, be just as versed in and excited by great wine, and fully appreciate developing a staff that makes every restaurant successful! Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and have a desire to grow. Having the ability to relocate is favorable.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader from a high sales volume / full service environment. Our chefs manage food inventories, labor and sanitation, and oversee food quality and restaurant safety. Individuals who are passionate about food and have a desire to build and develop wine knowledge are a must.
- Must have 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant.
-The ability to organize and lead a chef team of 4 and a staff of 25.
-Strong communication skills
-Strong leadership skills
-Ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus
-Able to work ten hour-plus shifts plus ability to stand for extended periods of time
-Able to carry up to 50 lbs as needed
