Provide a unique Western culinary experience by utilizing professional culinary techniques, through personal creativity and recipe development. Utilizing Culinary management in fostering a team development both in the kitchen and the dining room. That will enrich our guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
The direct responsibilites will be breakfast and lunch for up to 35 guests and 25 crew. Those who have good knife skills, soup making, grilling, sauteing and line cooking will be an ideal fit. Additional duties will be assisting the Head Chef with a few evening meal platings and receiving of food deliveries and maintaining a team driven attitude. Room and board is included.
