The Eseeola Lodge at Linville Golf Club in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina has been offering the finest food, lodging, banquet and country club facilities for over 125 years. This is a seasonal resort with our season running from mid May thru the end of October. We are currently searching for qualified candidates to join our brigade of culinary professionals for our upcoming 2019 summer season. Our culinary brigade operates as a professional, efficient and cohesive unit due to guided, organized and well executed leadership. We instill in our team our knowledge and experience along with the latest trends in the culinary industry such as Sous-Vide cooking, charcuterie, curing, smoking and many other unique techniques. With four different kitchens on property; breakfast at the main lodge, lunch & dinner at 2 different facilities, plus a very busy banquet department, we have a variety of positions available. We are currently interviewing for the following positions: Line Cooks / Breakfast Cook. The Eseeola Lodge offers very competitive salaries and a fantastic learning opportunity. Golf privileges on a world class golf course are also available on a limited basis. Room and board are available for qualified candidates.
