Line Cook/Prep Cook

Be Mi is a Vietnamese Sandwich Bar serving sandwiches, coffee, desserts and drinks. Everything is made in-house, including the breads. This position is to work along side with the owner to prep ingredients and assemble sandwiches. It does not require a lot of cooking skills and knowledge, but this person needs to be willing to learn and be efficient in the kitchen. The day starts around 5-6am.
