A growing upscale kosher restaurant in the Toms River area is looking for an experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to take charge of our kitchen.
This is a leadership role for someone who can run the line, manage a team, and build real systems not just cook.

What we need:
- Experience in a kosher kitchen (must)
- Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
- Strong organization can build and maintain prep and ordering systems
- Understands food costs, inventory, and prep scheduling
- Calm and in control under pressure
- Takes full ownership and responsibility
