We are a well-established, family-owned catering company with 34 years of experience serving South Jersey. We operate out of two locations our catering kitchen in Riverton and a creative takeout location in Moorestown and we partner with three premier venues where we bring exceptional food and hospitality to life. We are proud of what weve built and were looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
THE ROLE
Were not looking for a prima donna head chef were looking for a skilled, creative, hardworking cook who wants to take ownership of a kitchen and be part of something real. Youll help run day-to-day kitchen operations, contribute ideas to our menus, and work alongside a team that takes pride in what they do.
WHAT YOULL DO
Prepare and execute food for catering events and takeout service
Help manage kitchen workflow, prep, and production
Bring creative ideas to menus and specials
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Be a dependable, positive presence for the rest of the kitchen team
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Some professional kitchen experience (culinary degree a plus, not required)
A creative mindset and genuine passion for food
Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized under pressure
A team player who communicates well and shows up ready to work
