Carlouel Beach and Yacht Club is searching for talented line cooks. Currently hiring for an AM sauté cook. Shift is 8am-4pm Wednesday-Sunday . Duties include but are not limited to, preparation of mise en plase and executing the sauté station for lunch service, cooking proteins for salad station, preparation and execution of breakfast items such as omelets and eggs benedict, preparing staff employee meal, helping receive and put away orders. Candidates should possess the following:-**Minimum 3 years’ experience on a hot line in a fine dining establishment**-**Ability to show up to the interview if given the opportunity**- Culinary degree highly preferred-Experience with breakfast cooking - Must be able to keep composure during periods of high volume - Ability to present food consistently during periods of high volume-Must able to pass drug screening and background check -Previous experience with breakfast cooking will be required Club offers one of the best benefit packages in Pinellas county (Health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO).
