A TOP 50 Ranch, Men’s Journal Approved, Super upscale DRA Working Cattle Ranch/Resort! Full time employment. IDEAL OPPORTUNITY if you are Creative, enthusiastic, lover of food, detail oriented, hard working, honest, sincere. Ranch capacity is 4 families or approximately 20. Every meal unique and must have WOW! Factor to match our extraordinary Ranch Resort. Almost no budget for meals, no two meals need be the same.  Breakfast not served, but the 4 chalets stocked from chef’s kitchen. Healthful, beautifully presented dishes from our greenhouse, gardens, butcher shop, so these skills important as well. Open Kitchen. Chef to give cooking classes to guests and off season, some weddings and banquet events as well. Beautiful setting, ideal for fisherman, hiker, hunter, horse rider, outdoors person. Owners take lunch and dinner with guests, cook for themselves when no guests; Ranch open all year, but season is April-October with ample time off during slower season. Ranch is strictly no tobacco use. Job is full time, all year, includes salary, housing, benefits, gratuity pool, part of the Ranch community. Staff to include sou chef hired by chef, Pastry Chef, dining room stewards to set, serve, clear, plush dish washer.. Visit to get acquainted 2-3 days on Ranch for top applicants. Five years of high level experience minimum, formal culinary training preferred. Outstanding presentation, butchery, vegan, gluten free, allergy avoidance, and working around guests’ avoid list are all required skills.
