Looking for a Sushi Chefs for a new Japanese Restaruant named Ferry Street Fudo.
- Able to make sushi rolls
- Able to prepare and serve raw sushi
- Able to handle sushi knife
- Maintain Sushi Bar cleaniless
-Prepare sushi for customer orders
-Responsible for producing quality sushi in a timely manner, assuring sushi is prepared to standards.
-Ensures standards of quality and service are met while providing nutritious, safe, eye appealing, and properly flavored food.
-Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, cleanliness is very important.
-Collaborates with management to ensure material needs and supplies are met in order to remain stocked.
-Assures that all facilities and materials are in complete readiness for excellent service before each shift.
Able to maintain a clean and sanitary working space
Seeking individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience
