Job Description

Four Years' (hands-on) experience as a cook in a la carte continental restaurant preferred. Advanced knowledge in basic food and labor cost knowledge required. Must be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a cook. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Physcial demands require being able to carry up to 50Ibs. and being able to stand for long periods of time with minimum walking. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English adn communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.
