Grill Cook at Food Production Facility

Bistro To Go is now hiring to fill our grill cook position. We are looking for a high character individual who is competent, experienced, professional, detail-oriented and reliable. We have a tight-knit staff that is more like a family than a group of co-workers. We work hard to maintain a strong culture and we expect everyone on our team to fully buy in to our vision. Typical hours for our kitchen staff are Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Work hours are 5am - volume which is usually around noon. Cleaning, organization and time management are all mission critical to success here. The job is moderately physically demanding. We pay very competitively, especially when you consider the great hours and pleasant work environment. We are NOT a restaurant......no mad rush like a traditional restaurant. Bistro To Go offers catering services and operate several grab and go locations around the Shreveport metro area. Our kitchen staff works at our commissary kitchen off of Line Ave.
