What Youll Do

  • Lead day-to-day culinary operations with professionalism, humility, and a strong work ethic

  • Oversee weekly inventory, food costing, and kitchen systems to achieve operational targets

  • Proven management experience in independent restaurants (corporate-only backgrounds will not be considered)
  • A leadership style that is mature, ego-free, and team-focused
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire
