Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Portion control and food cost management
• Ensuring high food quality standards
• Food handling and preparation
• Culinary arts and catering for special events

Required Skills:

• Experience in food service management
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
• Ability to manage food and beverage costs
• Strong cooking skills and menu development
• ServSafe Certified

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in ordering and merchandising
• Interviewing and purchasing skills

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $34,000.00

Maximum Salary: $44,000.00
