The Role: The Chef de Cuisine will be the culinary leader of Memere's, responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, leading a team of professionals, and translating a creative vision into consistent, soulful food. You'll work closely with ownership to evolve the menu seasonally, train and mentor the team, and build a back-of-house culture rooted in excellence and respect.
