Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and preparation of dishes
• Broiling, sautéing, grilling, and other cooking techniques
• Ensuring portion control and plate presentation
• Managing kitchen operations and food cost
• Adhering to special diets and dietary restrictions

Required Skills:

• Experience in American cuisine and seafood preparation
• Ability to make sauces, pastries, and work with a la carte menus
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of food quality standards
• Experience with scratch cooking and pastry making
• Knowledge of kitchen management and food cost management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with breakfast dishes
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special diets
• Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour

Maximum Salary: $26.00 per hour
