In home cook/chef 8/9 (Claremont) compensation: $25-30 a hour We are currently seeking experienced In-Home Chefs to join our team for a series of private events taking place throughout the summer. Event Dates Include: August 9th Additional dates TBH Position Overview: As an In-Home Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in your own kitchen and delivering an exceptional dining experience for clients. This is a contracted, event-based position offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay. Key Responsibilities: Prepare meals according to event requirements from your own kitchen (home kitchens acceptable if properly equipped). Shop for necessary groceries and ingredients (expenses covered by the company). Communicate with clients and company representatives during planning and execution phases. Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met. Manage your time and workload independently. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience (restaurant, catering, private chef, or equivalent). Must have a fully functional kitchen. Reliable transportation (personal vehicle or consistent access to one). Availability for scheduled calls or communications during the event planning process. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to complete 10-99 contractor paperwork and provide valid proof of identity.
