(Flanders Brewpub; Portland, OR) Job Description: As a Prep Cook at 10 Barrel brewing, you are part of a team that ensures guests are receiving a quality product that is up to our standards and reflects the quality of our menu and ingredients. You must be able to effectively work in an organized and quick manner so that food is ready for the kitchen before service begins. A prep cook at 10 Barrel maintains the proper pars for prep that is needed and follows all recipes when making food. As a prep cook you are part of a larger kitchen and to be successful you must be able to work as a team. Duties:

• Maintain a clean/sanitary kitchen
• Show up to work on time in proper uniform
• Turn on all kitchen equipment
• Set up the kitchen with trash cans, mats, sani buckets
• Fill out prep list with inventory and what needs to be made
• Write a clear prep list, initial when completed
• Follow all recipes
• Check-in/put away orders
• Rotate product to make sure oldest is used first
• Be effective in communication with line/pizza
• Organize list to prioritize what needs done first
• Complete cleaning checklists on a daily basis
• Clean all prep equipment
• Sweep and maintain walk-in
• Take trashes out at shift changes
