Line Chef

We're on the lookout for a Line Chef at Salute Restaurant & Bar! We've got both full-time and part-time spots available. We pay well for talented and dependable pros. Whether you're keen on picking up culinary skills or moving up the ranks in the industry, this is the perfect gig for you. Enjoy consistent hours with scheduled days off in a row and awesome perks!

We need someone with at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen. Knowing your way around the Broiler, Saute, and Pantry is a plus. Solid knife skills and some experience with pasta cooking are a big bonus. Experience with expediting and plate presentations is also a nice touch.

Both full-time and part-time gigs are up for grabs right now. Typically, the hours are from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Full-timers can count on having consecutive days off as part of the regular schedule.

Perks include a 401K matching retirement plan, Paid Time Off after 30 days, bonuses every 6 months, holiday vacation days on major holidays like 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, meals and discounts. A review after 30 days could mean a raise.

Pay is hourly plus a percentage of the kitchen tip pool. Your pay will be based on your experience and performance.
