Seeking Professional Kitchen Staff at Park & Main in Carlton

Carlton is an hour's drive from the Portland area.

Park & Main is a local hot-spot, with wood-fired pizza, locally sourced/seasonally driven inventive main dishes, salads, and sandwiches. In house - a gourmet market, an extensive wine bottle shop and unique beer selection, and deli cheese and meats. Adjacent (part-of Park & Main and right next door) is From Another Udder ice cream and candy shop. From Another Udder is home of The Original Spirited Scoop, yes boozy ice cream.

We are looking for Professional Kitchen Staff who can jump in and help on the line preparing main dishes, topping and making pizzas, and making salads, prepping food, dressings and sandwiches in the pantry. Must work clean, focused, and well with a close-knit team.

As usual Must be able to work weekends and evenings, hold a food handler s license, agile, able to lift heavy things, comfortable in a busy environment and committed to quality food and service.
