Join the team at Hinata, one of San Franciscos top-rated sushi Omakase restaurants, where passion for hospitality meets precision in Japanese culinary art. We are currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to fill the following full-time, in-person positions:
*SERVER
Deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
What Were Looking For:
-Minimum 2 years of serving experience (fine dining preferred)
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-Knowledge or interest in Japanese cuisine and beverages
-Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
*SUSHI CHEFS
-knowledgeable of cutting and preparing fish, meat, vegetables and sauce
-Continually check the quality of raw and cooked products
-Keeping station up to sanitation and safety standards
-Positively interact with customers
-Must be responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure
-Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
-Clear communication, problem solving, prioritization, and organization skills
-Desire to learn and grow
*PREP COOK
-Work closely with our kitchen team to prepare high-quality ingredients and maintain our culinary standards.
-What Were Looking For:
-Previous kitchen/prep experience preferred
-Strong knife skills and attention to detail
-Understanding of food safety and sanitation
-Dependability and eagerness to support the team
