Il Capriccio Ristorante, was founded in 1985 by Chef/ Owner Antonio Grande in the pursuit of offering fine dining experiences to Northern New Jersey. Il Capriccio is family owned and operated and features an outstanding menu that offers the finest Northen Italian dishes as well as Southern Italian favories from Chef Grande's home of Calabria, Italy.  Organic meats, wild seafood and local, as well as organic produce arrive daily.  The culinary team and dining room staff follow Chef Grande's passion and direction-- striving to offer a dining experience that will be unforgettable.
