Sundays - Holidays Only - Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Etc.

Responsibilities Include:
Prep
Manage Staff
Hire Line Cooks
Set Up Stations
Make Prep Lists
Design Specials
Cook Professionally and Correct
Keep Station Clean
Put all Food away and organized for next shift
Clean entire kitchen with team very well and detailed

This is a steakhouse you must know all temps by touch
Pay is based on experience Salary only
