Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Portion control to ensure consistency
• Maintaining high food quality standards
• Managing food costs and inventory at agreed to levels
• Ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations

Required Skills:

• Experience in culinary arts
• Strong menu development skills
• Proficient in food handling and preparation
• Knowledge of culinary management
• Experience in food service management
• Having leadership skills to manage a kitchen

Nice to Have Skills:

• Catering experience
• Cooking skills
• Merchandising knowledge
• A sense of kindness to your staff

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $64,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $72,000.00
• Vacation leave benefits
