Full Time, front of the house Restaurant Manager position open at the A&B Marina Complex

Requirements:
-Eligible to work in the United States and pass E-Verify and a background check
-Two years or more of management experience preferred
-Willing to work weekends and holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule
-Inventory counting and computer data entering skills
-Able to solve problems in fast paced and high stress situations
-Quick, even-handed resolution of guest complaints
-Must maintain good communication skills with both upper management and staff
-Must work well individually and in a team setting
-Restaurant Managers play a key supervisory role, providing solid leadership and decision-making for any restaurant they are scheduled in

Restaurant background is a plus, but we will train you to our best practices, if you are the right fit
