• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing service team
• Drive hospitality standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Manage labor, scheduling, and controllable costs
• Support a seamless pre-opening process and grand opening execution
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-focused culture

• 2 + years of management experience in upscale or polished casual dining
• New restaurant opening experience preferred
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, floor-driven approach
• Solid understanding of labor management and operational controls
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction
• High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
