• Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing service team

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale, high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams
• Solid understanding of service standards, guest recovery, and floor management
• Financial acumen and comfort with labor and cost controls
• Professional, adaptable, and hospitality-driven mindset
