Indian Executive Chef in Washington DC We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Washington DC. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative and authentic Indian menus for our restaurant, keeping in mind dietary restrictions and customer preferences - Manage food costs and inventory, ensuring quality ingredients are used while minimizing waste - Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of food quality and presentation - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into menu development Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining Indian restaurant - Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Salary: $1100 per week (negotiable based on experience) Location: Washington DC (candidates from India preferred) This is a full-time position with immediate availability.
