Welcome to Lius Cafe! We are a bib gourmand, Michelin rated restaurant that is expanding quickly!

We are currently hiring Line Cooks at our Westwood location. The will be responsible for executing menu items with accuracy, consistency, and speed during service. This role supports prep, maintains station organization, and works closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute dishes according to recipes, plating standards, and timing expectations
  • Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station for service
  • Support daily prep and production as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen leads and teammates during service
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and operational procedures
  • Assist with inventory rotation, labeling, and waste reduction
  • Support other stations or duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knife skills and cooking fundamentals

  • Food Handler Certification required

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.50 - $20.00) plus tips
