Job Details Job Opportunity: Kitchen Manger Steingolds of Chicago Steingolds of Chicago, a modern Jewish deli and restaurant group, is seeking a talented and reliable Kitchen Manager to join our culinary team. Were looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about their craft. THIS POSITION REQUIRES THURSDAY THRU SATURDAY AVAILABILITY(12PM-9PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing kitchen operations at our Steingolds locations.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation align with Steingolds standards.
- Support menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen organization.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Must have, or be able to obtain once hired, a servsafe manager certification, city of Chicago food handler and allergen certification
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, with minimal gaps in employment.
- Strong references highlighting reliability, skill, and leadership.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Bilingual is Preferred (SPANISH)

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($26.00)
