Traveling Chef Manager

SAGE Dining Services is seeking a Culinary Support Team Member (CST). This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who enjoys traveling and bringing energy to vibrant environments.

Ideally located in or around Seattle, you will support venues across the Northwest and beyond. As a CST, also referred to as a Traveling Chef Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations during new openings, busy seasons, and leadership transitions.

This position will involve working in diverse settings, including retail and all-inclusive dining operations at prestigious private schools and colleges, and will provide stability, expertise, and leadership wherever you go. It is a highly travel-intensive role that requires flexibility to travel as needed, although we prioritize assigning CSTs close to home when possible.

We are looking for an individual who combines culinary talent with strong business acumen and a genuine commitment to people-first leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in catering, food service, cash operations, and food service management, along with solid computer and organizational skills.
