Executive Chef

Our portfolio, based in Eastlake, Seattle includes Lucerna, a premier waterfront restaurant along the eastern edge of Lake Union that blends industrial history with modern, elevated lakeside dining as well as a robust, high-touch events program ranging from intimate gatherings to full patio buyouts and large-scale productions. We are currently seeking a highly organized, and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations for both Lucernaand our rapidly growing Catering and Events division. Under the direction of the VP of Culinary, the Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for Lucerna and event execution. This role is responsible for driving the creative development of seasonally driven restaurant menus and curated event offerings while maintaining meticulous standards for food quality, kitchen safety, labor efficiency, and food cost controls. Essential functions include but are not limited to culinary leadership, financial management and mentorship/development and is a strong leader who can inspire a team in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment across multiple distinct revenue centers. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years ofdemonstrated culinary leadership in a upscale setting as an Executive Chef and or Head Chef overseeing a multi-unitoperation of both high-end la carte restaurant dining and upscale, high-volume event catering. Excellent Interpersonal,organizational, communication, and team management skills are essential, coupled with an elevated knowledge of all government health regulations and industrial safety standards.
