Schedule: 8am - 4pm 40 hours (Friday, Saturday OFF!!!!!! The Perfect Schedule!!!)

Prep Cook Build the Foundation of Great Service
Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook who takes pride in doing things the right way. In this role, you are the backbone of the kitchenensuring ingredients are prepared, organized, and ready so the team can execute service smoothly and consistently.

What Youll Do
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists (chopping, slicing, portioning, mixing, marinating, etc.)
Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency
Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and storage practices
Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO procedures
Keep prep areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries
Support the line cooks and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Complete daily prep lists accurately and efficiently
What Were Looking For
Kitchen or food preparation experience preferred (but not required)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic knife skills and understanding of food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
