Seeking a sous chef to join the team at The Porchetta Group at our Decatur restaurant, The White Bull. Background in Italian cuisine preferred. Farm to table and pasta experience necessary. Compensation based on experience and opportunity for advancement. Looking for people who have a "can do" attitude. Minimum two years sous chef experience. Please be ready to provide references upon request.

We are a Chef driven restaurant group with emphasis on traditional Italian food. We have existing close ties with local farmers and are using high end products. Lots of room for learning and advancement. Looking for dedicated team members who strive to get better each day and hold each other accountable.
