Seeking a creative culinary professional who has a strong background in farm-to-table fine dining cuisine in a boutique hotel. Must be a leader, mentor, and team player, looking to learn and grow. Please apply! Relocation to Northern Virginia!

SOUS CHEF MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced upscale or fine-dining restaurant in a Luxury Hotel

SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Execution of creative menus, recipes, and SOPs
  • Managing and scheduling a team
  • Adhering to sanitation and health regulations
  • Responsible for daily prep and working a station
