SAGE Dining Services is seeking a dynamic, people-first Chef Manager to join a premier private day school in Baton Rouge. In this leadership role, you'll partner with the Director to drive daily operations while elevating every aspect of the dining experience.

From production, inventory, costing, HACCP, and P&L management to menu innovation, merchandising, and high-end event execution, you'll lead with creativity, precision, and passion. We're looking for a highly organized, solutions-oriented culinary professional with a strong background in upscale catering, visually stunning menus, engaging LTOs, and exceptional guest experiences.
