What Youll Be Doing

  • Menu Development: Full creative control to curate a seasonal, high-quality menu that complements our wine-focused dining experience.

  • Systems Implementation: Build the kitchen infrastructure, including inventory management, ordering protocols, and prep systems to ensure consistency and eliminate waste.

  • Leadership: Manage and mentor our kitchen team to foster a positive, high-performing culture.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the ownership team on operational goals, with a clear path toward a long-term partnership for the right candidate.
