Restaurant Manager

The Pasta Bowl is accepting applications for a full-time experienced Floor Manager to lead front-of-house service during shifts, ensure a great guest experience, and support our team in our fast-paced, high-volume neighborhood restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example and cares deeply about hospitality, consistency, and team culture.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach servers, cashiers, and bartenders during service
Maintain service standards, pacing, and guest satisfaction
Handle guest issues and recoveries professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to keep service smooth
Manage floor flow, seating, and shift execution
Assist with training, scheduling support, and sidework accountability

Requirements

2+ years FOH management or strong lead server experience
High-volume restaurant background
Calm under pressure, clear and effective communicator
Hands-on leadership style
Nights and weekend availability required
