Job DetailsWe're looking for a hospitality-driven leader who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests, and developing teams.
This is not a position for someone who wants to manage from an office. We're seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy dining room, enjoys coaching others, and understands that great hospitality starts with creating a great environment for both guests and staff.
You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team in a high-volume, neighborhood-focused restaurant known for its energy, strong culture, and commitment to exceptional service.
What You'll Do- Lead service while maintaining a visible presence on the floor
- Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members
- Create a positive and accountable culture built on hospitality and teamwork
- Ensure every guest receives genuine, memorable service
- Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- Partner with fellow managers to solve problems and improve operations
- Hold team members accountable to service, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily administrative responsibilities
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience
- Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Strong communication and people-development skills
- Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
