Job DetailsIMPERFECTO is seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team. This position is an important part of our evolving pastry program, with a strong focus on pastry preparation, plated desserts, and Michelin-level execution.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values organization and consistency, and brings both discipline and creativity to the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily pastry production with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Prepare components for plated desserts, pastries, and service mise en place
Assist in the execution of refined Michelin-style table desserts during service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Work collaboratively with the pastry and savory teams to ensure smooth service execution
Contribute to prep, service, and the continued refinement of the pastry program
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-level pastry kitchen required
Experience with fine dining or Michelin-level plated desserts preferred
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvement
