Qualified candidates will have:
- 1-2 years experience in a well rated restaurant and/or baker experience in an established bakery plating & producing desserts
- Able to work production and service
- Eagerness to learn from a strong pastry team
- Clear understanding of basic ratios, baking techniques, and classic desserts
- Full-time availability
