This role is hands-onyou'll be leading a team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient, safe food production. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily meal prep operations Train, schedule, and support kitchen staff Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Enforce food safety and sanitation standards Step in and assist with prep, cooking, and packaging Requirements 2+ years of kitchen, meal prep, or food production experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organization and time management skills Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe is a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume meal prep or catering Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary Experience with inventory or kitchen systems What We Offer Competitive pay Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Consistent full-time hours Principals only.
