Doja Tea Room, the latest expansion by the team behind Doja Tea Lounge, is on the lookout for a detail-oriented kitchen team member. Embark on your culinary journey with us and make weekends exceptional for our guests.

Position: Kitchen Staff (Friday - Sunday required)

About Doja Teas: At DojdaTeas, we redefine the afternoon tea experience, placing a strong emphasis on precise execution and exceptional service. We support events in the space so catering experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and decorate mini desserts for our afternoon tea service

Assemble our afternoon tea tower in a timely manner by following established practices and timing

Prepare recipes according to instructions

Qualifications:

Prior banquet captain experience is a plus

Ability to multi-task

Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and execute precise culinary techniques

Strong time management skills, especially during busy weekends

Adaptability and ability to think on your feet to amodate changes as needed

Excellentanizational skills to maintain consistency and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Ability to work independently
