The Role:
As the Executive Chef you will be establishing and developing a strong, passionate team to deliver the best in food quality and customer service. A hands on, creative leader you will be the driver of high standards and compliance and as such a strong passion for relationship building is a must!
You will be:
A driven self starter willing to work hard, drive the business and showcase your creative talents
Passionate about team training and development
Be results driven and hungry to achieve the company goals
An expert in financial and business acumen
Amazing in your communication and reporting skills
Unrivalled in your attention to detail and creativity
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Self driven, autonomous role requiring exceptional time management

This locally owned venue is well known for their great food and beverage offerings in a lively, fun environment. Catering to functions and events as well as the traditional a la carte menus utilising local produce, this role offers many areas in which to assert your influence and drive profitability.
