• Food Safety: Ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed throughout the process.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or expired items.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Communication: Communicating with waitstaff and other kitchen personnel to coordinate orders.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring grills and other equipment are in good working order and reporting any issues.
