Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Portion control to ensure consistency
• Scratch cooking using fresh ingredients
• Maintaining high food quality standards
• Grilling, frying, baking, and other cooking techniques
• Knife skills for precise food preparation
• Food handling and sanitation practices
• Catering for events and special occasions
• Ordering and merchandising of food supplies
• Closing duties to ensure kitchen cleanliness

Required Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage management
• ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong cooking skills with a focus on quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in baking and pastry
• Knowledge of food merchandising techniques
• Experience in food preparation for large groups

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $44,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $58,000.00
